theory & practice
i ground my coaching practice in a woven framework of integral counseling psychology, embodiment practice, & ecofeminist theory. the framework or container also includes philosophical values found in radical ecopsychology along with the psychology of liberation, transpersonal, archetypal & somatic.
study & training
currently in graduate school for a master’s degree in Integral Counseling Psychology; requiring extensive clinical training, licensed supervision, rigorous scholarship, professional research, and interpersonal therapy for the practitioner.
in 2003 i obtained my bachelor's degree in child development, included infant mental health & attachment theory.
2002 i began my journey as a certified birth doula supporting hundreds of women, as an educator & advocate.
knowledge & curiosity
beyond my professional studies, i look to ancestral intelligence & my connection to the earth.
an unyielding curiosity about life shapes my kaleidoscopic outlook. i trust my wanderlust & am grateful to all the men & women i have loved.
many rich experiences influence how i work, especially being an embodied mama. i birthed my babies at home in San Francisco, raised them up in Tulum & watched them bloom in New Orleans.
